No, as promised, the access membership subscriptions end at the end of the period, and if you wish to renew you need to purchase a new access membership subscription.

• Businesses with no VAT registration number and established in another EU country, you are considered a final consumer under European law, according to this, the sale of services to the final consumer in another EU country should be charged VAT to customers at the rate applicable.
